Maintaining some of its original features like the exposed timber beams and fireplaces, QBF is filled with history and stories. Hosting your next event at this historic 1800s building is a unique experience your guests will enjoy.
Group Booking Information

From 12 to 32 guests.

Group bookings can be made from Monday through Friday from 7am - 1:30pm, with the venue closing at 3pm.

A set menu for $55 per person will be available which includes coffee, tea & juice for the duration of the booking. Other beverages will be charged upon consumption.
The menu will include a selection of QBF specialties, that guests may choose from.

The entire group will have to order from either the breakfast or lunch group set menus.

All large bookings have a strict 1.5 hour booking time.

All bookings must be confirmed 24 hours in advance and a 50% deposit is required 48 hours in advance of the booking.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will incur a 50% non-refundable fee. No reschedule will be available.

Any fewer attendees will still be charged according to the original party size.

There will be a cakeage fee of $3.50 per person.

Unfortunately for large groups, we cannot offer splitting bills.

We will do our best to meet any dietary requests. Should you know of thee needs before the reservation, please let us know in advance.

A surcharge of 10% will be applied to all group bookings.
