We require a minimum of 30 guests to rent our space.
For a standing event, there is a maximum of 90 guests.
For a seated event, 50 seated internal and 36 seated external, weather permitting.

On Monday through Friday, there is a minimum spend after 3pm of $4,000.
On Saturday & Sunday, there is a minimum spend after 3pm of $6,000.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your booking, no later than 1 week prior the desired date of the event.
